These Terms govern your use of awase.dev, the Awase app, and our products, including Air, Sol, Geo, Flow, and Wav (each a "Service" and together the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services for business purposes. Where a Service permits younger users, you must be at least 13, and if you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live) you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

The Services

Awase offers a suite of AI products for communication, content, and business operations. Air is an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages, qualifies leads, and books appointments. Sol generates music from your prompts. Geo, Flow, and Wav provide additional Awase tools. Some features consume credits, and new accounts may receive a small number of free credits to try a Service. Features vary by product and plan and may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you use a Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Subscriptions & trials

Paid plans (for example, Sol Starter at $19/month) may include a free trial. If you start a trial, you provide a payment method and the plan auto-renews at the stated price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Your content & license

Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the content you create with the Services, including commercially where your plan grants commercial rights. Audio generated by Sol contains Google's inaudible SynthID provenance watermark identifying it as AI-generated; we do not remove it. You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit and must not submit anything that is illegal or infringing, or that impersonates or clones a real person's voice or likeness without their rights and consent.

Calls, messages & automated communications

Air and related Services can place and receive calls, texts, and other messages on your behalf, including by automated means, and calls may be recorded or transcribed where permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these features complies with applicable laws — including consent, telemarketing, and call-recording laws — in the places where you and your contacts are located, and for obtaining any consent those laws require.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, attempt to bypass credit or usage limits, or use them to create or send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing material.

AI disclaimer

AI output can be unexpected or imperfect and should not be relied on as professional advice. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Termination & liability

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awase's liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
