This Privacy Policy explains how Awase LLC ("Awase", "we") collects and uses information when you use awase.dev and our products, including Sol.
Account details from Google Sign-In (your name, email address, and profile image); your date of birth (to confirm you meet our minimum age); content you create (prompts and generated songs); usage and device data; and billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
To provide and operate the service (account, credits, music generation, library), process payments and trials, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve our products.
We share data only as needed with processors that run our service: Google (sign-in and Lyria/Gemini music generation), Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), GoHighLevel and its payment processors (subscriptions, billing, and account provisioning), and our hosting/CDN providers (Netlify and Cloudflare). Each processes data on our behalf.
Songs are generated by Google's Lyria models and contain Google's inaudible SynthID provenance watermark identifying them as AI-generated. We do not remove it.
Generated songs are stored so you can play, download, and manage them. You can delete songs from your library at any time. We retain account data while your account is active.
You may access or delete your content, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. You can revoke Google access in your Google account settings.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sol. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact privacy@awase.dev and we will delete it. Users aged 13–17 should use Sol only with a parent or guardian's consent.
